1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of www.terranealabs.com and the purchase of TERRANEA products through the online store.

By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

2. Products

TERRANEA sells food supplements.

Product descriptions, ingredients, formats, directions for use, recommended daily intake and other product information are shown on each product page and/or on the product label.

Food supplements are not medicines. They should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep products out of reach of young children.

The information provided on this website is for general informational and wellness purposes only. It is not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

3. Prices and VAT

All prices are shown in euros (€) and include applicable VAT, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Shipping costs, if applicable, are shown separately before checkout confirmation.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

4. Orders

To place an order, you must follow the checkout process on the website and provide the requested information accurately.

Before confirming payment, you will be able to review your order, shipping details and total price.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right not to accept or to cancel an order in exceptional cases, including obvious pricing errors, product unavailability, payment failure, suspected fraud, incorrect customer information or other circumstances that reasonably prevent fulfilment.

Customers have the right to withdraw from eligible purchases within 14 calendar days, subject to the conditions and exceptions described in our Refund Policy.

For health and hygiene reasons, sealed food supplements that have been opened, unsealed or used after delivery cannot be returned, unless the product is defective, damaged or incorrect.

8. Damaged, defective or incorrect products

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us at support@terranealabs.com as soon as possible, including your order number and photographs where relevant.

We will review the case and offer an appropriate solution, which may include replacement, refund or return instructions.

9. Customer obligations

You agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when placing an order.

You are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

10. Promotions and discounts

Promotions, discount codes and special offers may be subject to specific terms, validity periods, product exclusions or usage limits.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined and cannot be applied retroactively to previous orders.

11. Intellectual property

All website content, branding, logos, designs, text, images and other materials belong to Meroa Capital Partners, S.L. or its licensors.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes any rights that consumers have under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, business interruption, technical failures, third-party service interruptions or misuse of our products or website.

If you are a consumer, any dispute will be handled by the courts and authorities corresponding under applicable consumer protection rules.
