Shipping destination

We currently ship to Spain only.

This may include mainland Spain, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, subject to the shipping options available at checkout.

We do not currently ship outside Spain.

Fulfilment

Orders are prepared and fulfilled through our logistics partner in Spain.

Processing time

Orders are usually prepared during business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed during weekends, public holidays or outside operational hours may be processed on the next business day.

Delivery times

For mainland Spain, estimated delivery time is usually 24–48 business hours after the order has been processed and dispatched.

Deliveries to Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla may take longer due to transport, customs or local logistics procedures.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping costs €2.99, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Free shipping is available for orders over €60.

The final shipping cost will always be shown before order confirmation.

Tracking and delivery issues

Where available, you will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and correct.

If your parcel arrives damaged, or if tracking indicates delivery but you have not received it, please contact us at support@terranealabs.com, including your order number and any relevant photographs or courier information.
