PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY

When you purchase a subscription from Terranea, you agree to receive recurring deliveries according to the subscription frequency selected at checkout.

You may pause, skip, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account subscription management page.

Changes or cancellations must be made before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming shipment.

Once a subscription order has been processed and fulfilled, it cannot be cancelled or refunded unless required by applicable law.

Subscription discounts and promotional offers apply only while the subscription remains active and may be modified or discontinued at Terranea’s discretion.

Terranea reserves the right to cancel subscriptions at any time in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, payment failure, or product discontinuation.
